Les Products Tapp are made from certified organic cabbage and vegetables grown partly on the Gaspé coast. Our vegetables are lactofermented, which gives them extensive enzyme, mineral and vitamin content. None of our products are pasteurized or sterilized. They can be enjoyed in salads, raw or cooked.
