To celebrate our 30th anniversary, Les Produits Tapp unveils a unique creation: Kimchi Nappa – 30th Edition.

 

Carefully crafted in limited quantities, this kimchi showcases organic nappa cabbage, slowly fermented to reveal all its rich flavors. Its unique recipe combines traditional Korean spices with a distinctive artisanal touch, offering a perfect balance of spiciness, umami and freshness. ​ Inspired by the Korean roots of kimchi, this anniversary edition embodies our commitment to living and authentic fermentation. Rich in probiotics and beneficial for digestive health, it combines tradition and innovation for a unique taste experience. ​

 

Available exclusively starting in March at Expo Manger Santé and Vivre Vert, as well as at Les Marchés Tau, the online market Maturin, like on the farm and Marché des saveurs in Gaspésie.

Les Products Tapp are made from certified organic cabbage and vegetables grown partly on the Gaspé coast. Our vegetables are lacto-fermented, which gives them extensive enzyme, mineral and vitamin content. None of our products are pasteurized or sterilized. They can be enjoyed in salads, raw or cooked.
