Cumin sauerkraut has a delicate flavor and a crispy texture and also goes well with: sausages, meats, smoked fish, and vegetarian hot dogs. Add it to a salad or eat it as an accompaniment to your favorite dishes. Put it whatever else you might want to add a healthy kick!
Les Products Tapp are made from certified organic cabbage and vegetables grown partly on the Gaspé coast. Our vegetables are lacto-fermented, which gives them extensive enzyme, mineral and vitamin content. None of our products are pasteurized or sterilized. They can be enjoyed in salads, raw or cooked.
