Inspired by a traditional Korean recipe, our Kimchi is made with green cabbage, daikon radish, carrot, onion, ginger, sea salt, red pepper, garlic. It is loaded with local organic vegetables. Slowly fermented for its health benefits, it makes an excellent addition to your favourite dish. Enjoy!

Les Products Tapp are made from certified organic cabbage and vegetables grown partly on the Gaspé coast. Our vegetables are lacto-fermented, which gives them extensive enzyme, mineral and vitamin content. None of our products are pasteurized or sterilized. They can be enjoyed in salads, raw or cooked.
