Laurel sauerkraut has a delicate flavor and a crispy texture. This variety goes well with: sausages, meats, smoked fish, vegetarian hot dogs, in salads or as an accompaniment to any of your favorite dishes.

Les Products Tapp are made from certified organic cabbage and vegetables grown partly on the Gaspé coast. Our vegetables are lacto-fermented, which gives them extensive enzyme, mineral and vitamin content. None of our products are pasteurized or sterilized. They can be enjoyed in salads, raw or cooked.
